2. About Redfox Contracting LLC

Redfox Contracting LLC is a technical contracting company based at Office 702, Shangri-La Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating in lighting, embellishment, rigging, electrical and fit-out installation work, including through its fit-out division, ELLIXI. 3. Use of this website

You may browse and use this Site for lawful, legitimate purposes connected to evaluating or enquiring about our services. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; or use any automated system to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site, including text, project descriptions, photography, graphics, the Redfox name and logo, and the overall design and layout, is owned by or licensed to Redfox Contracting LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

5. Client names, logos and trademarks

Client and partner names and logos shown on this Site are used to illustrate genuine business relationships or project work. Each of those names and logos remains the trademark or property of its respective owner. Their appearance on this Site does not imply that the relevant organisation endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with Redfox Contracting LLC beyond the specific relationship described.

6. Accuracy of content; no offer or contract

We take care to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, including project descriptions, service descriptions and company information. However, content on this Site, including case studies and project photography, is provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, quotation or contract. Any actual engagement for services is governed exclusively by a separate, signed written agreement, quotation or purchase order between Redfox Contracting LLC and the client, the terms of which take precedence over anything appearing on this Site.

7. Payments, deposits and cancellations

This Site does not process payments or sell products or services directly online; it is intended for information and enquiries only. Because of that, a standard e-commerce refund policy does not apply. Instead, the following general principles apply to any project undertaken with Redfox Contracting LLC, subject always to the specific terms of the signed agreement or quotation for that project, which take precedence over this clause:

• Project pricing, payment schedules, deposit requirements and any cancellation or refund terms are set out in the individual quotation, purchase order or contract for that project, not on this Site.
• Unless the signed agreement for a project states otherwise, deposits paid to secure materials, fabrication, labour or scheduling are generally non-refundable once work, procurement or fabrication has commenced.
• Cancellation of a confirmed project by the client may result in charges for work already completed, materials already ordered or committed, and reasonable costs already incurred by Redfox Contracting LLC up to the point of cancellation.
• Any dispute regarding payments, deposits or cancellations for a specific project should first be raised directly with your Redfox Contracting project contact, and will be resolved according to the terms of the relevant signed agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

This Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redfox Contracting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redfox Contracting LLC, its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of this Site or your violation of these Terms.

This Site may contain links to, or embeds from, third-party websites or services, for example Google Maps. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site or service.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
