This website, www.Redfox-contracting.com (the “Site”), is operated by Redfox Contracting LLC (“Redfox”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company based at Office 702, Shangri-La Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We aim to comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “UAE PDPL”). If you are visiting from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we also have regard to the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) in how we describe your rights below.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools on this Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and our cookie banner before any such tool is activated.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage any resulting project relationship, and meet our legal, accounting or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
