In October 2026 Redfox lifted and installed a suspended structure of about 1,500 kg above the central atrium of The Galleria Mall in Abu Dhabi, working at height from a 42 m spider lift inside a trading mall.

A suspended feature of about 1,500 kg had to hang above the central atrium of The Galleria Mall, a busy public space, with shops and cafes trading around it.
Redfox planned the lift, the rigging points and the access before anything left the floor. The floor was protected, the work zone was controlled, and the crew worked at height from a 42 m spider lift so the structure could be lifted, aligned and fixed in position above the atrium.
Work was carried out outside trading hours, so the mall stayed open as normal while the installation went in.
The installation from first lift to final check, filmed as a time-lapse from the upper level of the central atrium.
The ring frame was lifted from the atrium floor into position, then the hanging elements were installed beneath it and checked before handover.

The suspended structure weighed about 1,500 kg. It was rigged above the central atrium of The Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi, in October 2026.
The crew worked at height from a 42 m spider lift, which reaches the atrium ceiling while keeping a small footprint on the mall floor.
Yes. Mall atrium and ceiling rigging is core Redfox work across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider region. Every load is planned individually, so send the drawings, weights and venue and we will set out what is needed.
